Full time Mercyhurst Prep employees may enroll in the PPO plan provided through Highmark. Details of the options provided, enrollement forms, and plan descriptions are given to the employee at the time of hire.

An FSA (Flexible Spending Account) or cafeteria plan is available in which an employee saves part of his/her salary on a pre-tax basis to pay qualified medical and other expenses. More information on this benefit may be obtained from the business office. There is an annual enrollment period for this plan.
