Girls Tennis, coached by Kelly Erven-Maslar,
an MPS alumna and Pennsylvania Hall of Fame
tennis player, is a spectacular success at MPS.
The team claimed District 10 championships in‘00, ‘01, ‘02, ‘03, '04, ‘05, ‘06, ‘07, ‘08, ‘09 and ‘10.
They were the regional champions in ‘04, ‘05, ‘06,‘07 and ‘08 and Western Semifinalists in ‘04, ’05
and ‘06. They have won state titles in doubles in ‘99 and ‘06.
Boys Tennis is an opportunity for our players
to demonstrate their physical and mental toughness
in this demanding game. In 2009-2010 our players
tied for 3rd in the region.
