We feel our faculty are the best in the area; not only are they knowledgeable
in their field of expertise, but they possess the Mercy charism
core values; attributes that make them unique and exceedingly
qualified to work with teens.
Our faculty has over 1,000 years of teaching experience with 800 of
those years at Mercyhurst Prep! That tells you they love this school,
they feel teaching here is their calling, and they are extremely dedicated
to our mission.
Many of our teachers travel extensively to places like South America,
Europe, Japan, China, Italy, Ireland and Israel, to name a few, in order
to bring their global experiences back to the classroom.
When you spend eight hours of your day in a school situation, you want
to surround yourself with professionals who truly care about you,
people who can relate to your individual needs and go “the extra mile”
when necessary.
