Thank you to everyone who came out to Green, White & Brews on Saturday, September 25! What a party it was!
We want to give a special thank you to alumni owned sponsor Luminary Distilling for providing the specialty drinks. Among them was “The Worm”, a special concoction, in honor of the Laker Day worm with which many alumni are familiar. Besides being truly tasty, it was cleverly packaged in a plastic apple with a gummy worm on the side. Thank you to Maria DiSanza ’00 and her husband Joel for allowing MPS to benefit from all drink sales.
The Mulligans were a BIG HIT. Thank you, Jon Nolan ’93, Joe Nolan ’97, and Brian Strobel ’91 for keeping us entertained. Erie Beer provided great choices on the beer truck, and Calamari’s food was delicious.
Fantastic raffle prizes were donated by the MPS Alumni Association (Big Green Egg), Avalon Grand Resort (overnight accommodations for two couples with two rounds of golf each), Peek’N Peak Scott Enterprises (overnight accommodations with lift tickets), the Shops at Village West (a basket full of goodies from many of the Village West shops), and MPS faculty & Staff (a wagon full of goodies to eat and drink).
Thank you to Lyn Potalivo’94 for planning a fantastic event. Thank you as well to MPS staff and volunteers who helped make the move indoors when the weather threatened.
Thank you again to all of our wonderful sponsors and attendees!
