Did you know that half of the Mercyhurst Prep student body are athletes?  Nearly a quarter of these students play more than one sport.  82% of our student athletes play sports at “home” locations that charge admission.

We, at Mercyhurst Prep, took a good look at these statistics.  We discovered that there are many families who pay admission to watch their student play, some multiple sports.  While there isn’t anything we can do for away games, we want to make it easier to attend “home” games.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Rules for Use
    1. The pass ADMITS FOUR to MPS home regular season contests; the person named on the card and three guests
    2. The pass cannot be used for playoff games, MPS or otherwise, hosted at Mercyhurst Preparatory School home venues
    3. The barcode is scanned at the event entrance
    4. If the card is scanned more than four times for one event, the card holder will be notified and charged for the additional scans (unless otherwise agreed upon). The charge is equal to an adult admission for the event plus processing fee(s).
    5. Lost or stolen PASS can be replaced for a nominal fee
  2. Data Protection
    1. The data collected by Mercyhurst Preparatory School remains confidential. Mercyhurst Preparatory School will not sell information to third parties.
    2. Data will only be shared with third party vendors if necessary to complete the transaction, i.e. customize the season pass and credit card processing.
  3. Termination of Agreement
    1. Termination automatically occurs at the end of the academic year.
    2. End of (Sport) Season termination or pro-rata are NOT options. Purchase of the GREEN AND WHITE ATHLETIC PASS is for the entire school year and honored at all home-based games of every MPS sport.
  4. Payment Terms
    1. The GREEN AND WHITE ATHLETIC PASS costs $150.00. This admits a total of four (see 1.1)
    2. Acceptiva is the third-party on-line collection company.
    3. Payment to Mercyhurst Preparatory School will show up on your credit card statement.
    4. Credit card information is not automatically saved by Mercyhurst Preparatory School or Acceptiva.
  5. Changes to Membership Terms
    1. Mercyhurst Preparatory School is free to change the terms and conditions without giving notice to the Pass holder. Such changes will, unless otherwise stated, take immediate effect and be publish to the MPSLakers.com website. GREEN AND WHITE ATHLETIC PASS holders are responsible for keeping themselves updated in relation to any change to these terms and conditions.
  6. Liability Disclaimer
    1. Mercyhurst Preparatory School will not be held liable for any damages, lost information or personal injury related to the purchase, production and use of the GREEN AND WHITE ATHLETIC PASS.
