Performing Arts Department: Auditions

IMPORTANT! All audition submissions are DUE Monday, May 4 by 12:00 p.m.

Hello to the Classes of 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024,

On behalf of Mrs. Dombrowski, Ms. Grisé, Mr. Miele and myself we hope that this message finds you well and we are also hoping that many of you are considering to be involved either again or for the first time with some of the offerings that come from the Performing Arts Department.

All of the information that you will be needing to access in order to carry out the audition process is included here; however, we first wish to say to you that there are so many of you out there that have so much talent and gifts who for some reason just don’t have the courage or the self-belief to allow them to grow and be nurtured by this very talented group of teachers.  Please think about taking advantage of these wonderful opportunities that lie here before you during your brief time at MPS, we promise, you won’t be disappointed; don’t sell yourself short!

You will need the following documents: (1) MPS Performing Arts Audition Information Sheet for 2020-2021, (2) Student Audition Form, (3) Audition Upload Directions Sheet.

  1. The first document (1) will give you a summary of each class/activity that you may audition for and the specifics of what is needed for each.
  2. The second (2) is the actual form that you will send to with all of your information and the links to your audition.
  3. The third (3) is the directions on how to create a Gmail account and how to upload your audition video(s).  The MPS IT Department has asked that ALL submissions be done via YouTube so we would appreciate that it is done in this manner.
