Mercyhurst Prep Quiz Bowl Tournament
ABOUT THE TOURNAMENT
Quiz Bowl is a fast-paced buzzer competition in which teams of four players compete to answer questions that cover academic subjects like literature, history, and science as well as the broader world of popular culture, sports, and current events.
The students can expect a day of fun and fast-paced competition with teams from local middle schools. Individual and team prizes awarded, and competitors will be provided with lunch.
You can register up to four teams with four players on each team. Although not required, each team may also include one alternate player.

The questions in the tournament are based on middle school curriculum, so any student will be able to participate without prior preparation. If students wish to practice answering Quiz Bowl questions, free practice packets are available here: http://ms.quizbowlpackets.com.
